Brownridge Transport has a number of low loader trailers which are perfect for the transportation of large plant machinery such as JCB’s. Low Loader Trailers

To be classed as a low loader trailer, a trailers main deck height must be lower than the trailers rear wheels. The height of the low loader trailers deck tends to be about 600mm for a four axle trailer, or 300mm for a three axle trailer. Our trailers have the ability to carry up to 40 tonnes of weight meaning that Brownridge Transport can transport a large range of plant vehicles and agricultural vehicles across the whole of the UK. Leeds Memories Book

Brownridge Transport has been chosen to feature in a upcoming book called “More Leeds Memories”. The book has chosen to feature Brownridge Transport to celebrate the fact that our company is over 100 years old and has been providing world class transportation services for over 100 years to the Leeds area.

More Leeds Memories 1Below you can find a short extract from the book:

“A journey from Leeds to Liverpool and back would take a week to complete, staying over in coaching houses along the way. Arthur Brownridge, then age nine, would long recall accompanying his older brothers on just such a delivery during the last week of July 1910. Although his brothers slept in the inn, he had to stay overnight in the stable with the horses.”
